A finished full hex nut is a type of nut that is manufactured through the use of machinery. The nut features a hexagonal shape on the top of it, which has been created by cutting threads into the metal on either side of the hexagon. Due to this design, threaded fasteners can be inserted into the hexagon until they are fully engaged.
